Ya know how you feel totally different getting dressed up, putting makeup up VS. being in leggings and a messy bun all day? It’s kind of the same thing with PERSPECTIVE CHANGE.
I was in FULL self beat up the last few days because of a perceived failure.
I was spinning with:
“what’s wrong with me”
Why did I make this “mistake” again?
Why am I “repeating” a pattern?
Maybe I’m not MEANT to have “this” work for me….

Feeling like a loser.
A close friend of mine insisted on interrupting me and it fully changed the story I was making up and looping in my head.
New perspective. NEW WAY TO LOOK AT THINGS.
How quickly we forget that we can change our PERSPECTIVE as quick as we can change our CLOTHES.
It just takes being open minded and looking at things from a different angle and sometimes asking someone to help.
So I’m not sure who needs to hear this right now but … YOU are not failing. YOU are not (insert any negative feeling here) you are just ready for a PERSPECTIVE shift.
